A comfortable and well appointed self catering lodge perched over the spectacular 30m Hlega Manzi waterfall on the upper reaches of the Elands River. An expansive wooden deck overlooks the canopy of indigenous forest with spectacular views of the Inhluzane Mountain. Tranquillity and seclusion make this an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Tillietudlem reserve.

Fisherman can access several exceptional trout dams and the river within easy walking distance where trophy Brown and Rainbow Trout up to 4.2 kg have been caught. For nature lovers there are marked walking trails along the river and through the indigenous forest where you can observe the incredible biodiversity of this environment.

The lodge sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Relax in the spacious open plan lounge and dining room with welcoming fireplace for those cold mountain evenings. A sleeper couch is available in the lounge to accommodate 2 extra people. A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for self catering. Linen is provided but guests are requested to bring their own towels. The lodge is serviced daily. Other facilities include telephone, DSTV, electric blankets, gas heaters and braai facilities.
